Hello, I am 21 and in college. I am in Northeast Illinois. I have not driven a car since I was 17. This is because I did miserably in driver education. I passed the classroom, so technically I passed driver ed, but the driving I failed miserably. My parents won't let me be behind the wheel of their cars again. I went to a dentist, and was ordered a Full Mouth Debridement (D4355) for $202.00. I have no idea of what exactly they have to do but they explain that it's different from a regular cleaning and my insurance will not cover such thing. I have no idea of how much is it cost on average dentist and I said yes to have it done on me. When I went home, I realize that some dental office offer it less than what I'm paying. Should I file a complain? If I should, where can I bring my complaints to.? I live at area code 92126.

Whats the cheapest I can do for Auto Insurance? I lapsed a few times with my first Insurance, and had to switch cuz it was too much to renew. I have just phoned to change my insurance over to another car, and was told twice that it was declined - firstly, he said due to the group of insurance, and secondly, I was told that the operator had a system problem. I am a bit concerned as I know my credit rating is bad at the moment, but I am trying to better it, and I don't know if this is why my insurance was declined? I thought that they had to tell you if they carry out a credit search, but nothing was mentioned and I don't particularly want it going against me if it was searched twice. I have paid my insurance for the year, and was going to pay any extra instantly, so there would be no need for a credit search as far as I can see. Does anyone have any more information on whether they credit search you or not for this?
